About Us

Adolescent Armwrestling League is an arm wrestling club/league specifically designed for teenage boys in the East Valley of Arizona. Our league provides a supportive and empowering environment for young boys to engage in the sport of arm wrestling, develop their skills, and build lasting friendships.

AAL was founded by two dedicated 15 year old armwrestlers, both founders are pulling partners that have practices together every week. Our goal is to promote the sport of armwrestling to teens of the East Valley. Many other states have teen divisions in their tournaments and Arizona is very much lacking.

Our end goal is to start organizing teen only tournaments under AAL management. If we can get enough of a following we can achieve this dream.
