Welcome to Adolescent Armwrestling League!

Based in the East Valley of Arizona, Adolescent Armwrestling League (AAL) is dedicated to promoting the sport of armwrestling among the younger generations. Founded by two passionate teenage armwrestlers, our league is built upon the principles of strength, sportsmanship, and community.

Our Mission:

At AAL, our mission is to be able to host teen only practices, tournaments and other exciting events. We believe that the sport of armwrestling is for teens just as much as it is for adults, after all... We are the next generation of armwrestlers.
In addition to teaching, we aim to inspire and empower young athletes to embrace the sport of armwrestling. We believe that armwrestling is more than just a test of strength; it’s a way to build confidence, foster friendships, and develop a sense of discipline and determination.

Whether you’re a seasoned armwrestler or new to the sport, the Adolescent Armwrestling League welcomes you! Join us at our weekly practices, we can never have too many people!
